Fleet Business Support Specialist - Sede TRENTO
Description
He/she ensures to support Key Accounts (FBA) and Customers all through the Commercial activity for Quotations and for all Commercial Back office management (Support Activity) in Long Term Rental.
Roles and duties – core business
* To collaborate with FBA to analyze the quotation proposal requested by the customer + profitability analysis
* To support customers throughout the sales activity by guaranteeing the production of car quotes for the construction of the car policy
To support sales activities working with Direct Fleet team in a customer centricity way
* To ensure the analysis of specifications for national or international tenders, included public administration
* To manage the prelease activity with external short rental provider
* To ensure, through the use of VW’s IT tools, the proper back office activity for commercial purposes, respecting deadlines and planning
* To prepare specific reports for management or HQ
* To collaborate with the Marketing Department - Product Development to analyze the customer requests and produce tender analysis
* To collaborate with Fleet International for International tenders and for the management of international customers
* Analysis of public tender specifications
* To Support on aftersales issues related to maintenance / invoicing
