The main responsibilities will include managing telephone and email communications with customers, processing orders and request quotes, as well as coordinating with various departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication and relational skills, a good problem-solving attitude, and a strong customer orientation.
A knowledge of the Office package and the SAP system is required.
Completing the profile is the ability to work in a team and flexibility in scheduling to manage any peak workload.

CONTRACT: temporary assignment contract with possibility of renewal and subsequent direct hiring by the company.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday or Sunday on shifts, between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
LOCATION: San Bonifacio (VR).
CLASSIFICATION: IV - V COMMERCE LEVEL, commensurate with experience.
