We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Arquictecture team in Luxembourg responsible for planning, coordinating and managing a large scale architecural-construction project being the leader of a Cost, Risk and Planning staff as Owner’s Project Managers.

ABOUT YOU
Apply if you…
* Have studied a degree in Architecture or Engineering.
* You have at least 20 years of relevant experience in construction project management with a trach record of successfully delivering projects in time and withing budget.
* Successful leadership with a proven track record of delivering results within a large-scale project environment in offices/residential buildings construction projects.
* Exceptional skills and experience at managing stakeholders such as clients, senior leaders, and various colleagues in a matrix and line organization.
* A good appreciation of Quantitative Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis (QSRA/QCRA) and baseline management.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present at programme or portfolio level forums or meetings to senior stakeholders.
* Proven expertise in a Project Management or Project Controls Management position, specifically within complex infrastructure projects across sectors such as residential buildings, corporate offices...
* Experience in a client organisation for a complex infrastructure project/ programme.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations.
* Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.
* Interested in sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
* Experience of project controls management under FIDIC Forms of Contract.
* Are you a team player with technical excellence.
* Can you work independently with a flair for innovation.
* Do you have an advanced level of English. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
