We are seeking a motivated, experienced intern in our Digital Healthcare Team to provide support in our Milan office location. This team designs state-of-the-art ICs for wearables and clinical grade biosensor products for vital signs monitoring. The candidate will work on design and verification of digital blocks in these mixed signal ICs, and collaborate with analog design engineers.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
* Block / top level design and verification
* Design flow application and improvement
* Develop successful products in a fast-paced, high growth product line
* Support test engineers, application engineers, and software engineers
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE
* Strong fundamentals in IC design, especially digital design
* Sound analytical skills
* Understanding and utilization of digital signal processing
* Strong technical writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluent in Matlab, System C, SystemVerilog
* Experience writing assertions in SVA or equivalent
* DSP experience from filter design to high level implementation
* Experience with industry standard design tools including simulation, formal verification, synthesis, timing analysis, ECO, CDC, and LINT
