Part of the Third Party Equipment Sourcing Department as Sourcing Manager (F/M), your main mission is to manage the global and local sourcing activities for all categories of equipment purchased from Third Parties. Lead the global team of commodity and supplier managers for Third Party Equipment, ensuring the implementation of the global strategy for the set portfolio, negotiating and implementing the best economical and contractual conditions with specific focus on the TCO. Your Mission Lead an international Strategic Sourcing team for the spend category “Third Party Equipment”. Ensure that the global strategy as well as the commodity strategies are being applied. Ensure development and implementation of equipment sourcing strategies and review them regularly, establish and decide the supplier panel for these categories. Anticipate strategic opportunities and keep relevant stakeholders informed. Negotiate prices and contracts with key suppliers of the set categories and manage execution of contracts to optimize company’s competitive position. Responsible for the Long-Term Saving Planning, achieving savings targets for strategic sourcing activities and spend coverage. Manage Supplier Relationship as a first level of escalation within the set portfolio of spend categories. Define, implement, and ensure compliance with relevant sourcing processes, track implementation of targets set for spend categories. Define global benefit targets and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs on a set portfolio of spend categories. Establish performance-based contracts, KPIs and monitor implementation and compliance. Communicate effectively and manage relationships with key stakeholders and relevant internal personnel. Promote sourcing best practice in terms of strategic sourcing per material group. Your Profile Level of education and languages Engineering Diploma, Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree in Engineering and/or Business/Economics English is mandatory Fluency in French, Italian and/or Chinese is an advantage Required experience and skills Minimum 10 years working experience in an international manufacturing company Minimum 7 years in strategic sourcing roles in a competitive market Minimum 5 years in managing teams with direct reports Knowledge of the beverage packaging business and market is an advantage Experience in manufacturing environment or sales is an advantage Very strong commercial negotiation skills with international companies High ability to communicate with both suppliers and other internal stakeholders Business acumen Contract Type Permanent Country ITALY Location Parma J-18808-Ljbffr
