Team
You will be working in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary group, where cognitive and social neuroscientists, experimental psychologists and roboticists collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out common research vision. The “Social Cognition in Human-Robot Interaction” Research line is coordinated by Prof. Agnieszka Wykowska, who has extensive experience in cognitive neuroscience methods. The research focuses on understanding human cognition in interaction with other natural and artificial agents, such as humanoid robots.
Responsibilities
* developing software for supporting experiments in human-robot interaction
* supporting for the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment
* assisting researchers in their scientific activities
Qualifications
* A master’s degree in software engineering or related fields
* Excellent programming skills in C++ and Python (multi-thread programming, inter-process communication, network programming).
* Fluency in operating on GNU/Linux OS.
* Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
* Good communication skills and the ability to integrate within a multidisciplinary international research group.
