If you thrive in a supporting role and want to work to build a world-class Business Support organization—read on.The Sales Administration Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for:Analyze contracts agreements and manage sales contracts in Oracle ERP from creation to termination, including renewals and price increases.Execute billing processes, from invoice generation to dispute resolution.Fulfill hardware orders from order processing to customer shipment, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.Investigate and resolve disputed invoices and follow up on instrument orders with required actions.Process purchase orders and issue sales transaction invoices, contributing to daily management processes.Compile monthly sales reports and support the sales department with administrative tasks as requested. The essential requirements of the job include:Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, or law, with a focus on tender process is a plus.Previous experience of 2 or 3 years in sales administration, or a similar role with advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.Familiarity with sales reports and sales records, excellent written and verbal communication skills.A good knowledge of MS Office and additional Oracle knowledge is a plusFluent Italian and a good level of EnglishCharacterized by a high degree of customer orientation, as well as a structured, proactive, and efficient way of working.
