1. Manage the brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation.
2. Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.
3. Develop long-term innovation plans: Design the future portfolio and manage a fast-paced innovation pipeline.Define business cases to support innovation projects.Define products with a specific focus on recipes, claims, and formats.Set prices, including list definitions and recommended retail prices per channel/country.Develop packaging.
4. Design and implement a marketing plan that supports global brand growth.
5. Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
6. Execute branding and category projects in collaboration with other team members.
Requirements
7. 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
8. Excellent knowledge of English.
9. Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
10. Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
