Il tuo nuovo ruolo In order to expandour Italian workforce, we are looking for a Key Account Manager forPiemonte and Liguria. The KAM is primarily accountable fordeveloping and implementing key account plans in their designatedterritory to optimize patient care. The Key Account Manager,reporting to the Area Sales Manager, is expected to develop plansin close alignment and collaboration with functions of MedicalAffairs, Patient Advocacy, and Disease Area Specialists, whileensuring full compliance with all relevant company, industry,legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. The main responsibilitiesexpected for the role are as follows: Presents a positive image ofthe company and promotes awareness of the RNAi platform to relevantcustomer groups. Co-leads and coaches the Disease AwarenessSpecialist (DAS) of the assigned area. Develops and leadsregional/hospital market access. Develops, owns, and drivesterritory and account plans, including customer targeting, in linewith country strategy in partnership with the Commercial andMedical Affairs team. Achieves pre-launch and post-launch KPIs.Performs detailed analysis of the assigned territory to identify,assess, and support the development of relevant centers fordiagnosis and treatment. Increases patient identification,diagnosis, and referral rates by executing a territory strategy andaccount-specific plans. Develops trusted relationships with aportfolio of customers to ensure a competitive advantage bythoroughly understanding key customer needs and requirements.Ensures timely delivery of correct products and services tocustomers by collaborating with internal stakeholders (commercial,supply chain, and compliance) and external centers. Establishes andmaintains contact with key customers and provides commercial andscientific services to ensure access at the site of care and thatlogistics are in place to administer the product.
