You will lead our pricing strategies, processes, and tools across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing profitability and market share by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to set optimal prices for our products and services. This role involves driving pricing practices across Europe and ensuring compliance, in strong collaboration with leadership, finance, and business stakeholders. You will report to our Vice President, Strategy, Transformation & Marketing, Europe. Key responsibilities: Lead pricing development across Europe, collaborating closely with business lines, functions, frontlines, and global teams, including mindset, new tools, processes, and governance. Assist in the development and drive the implementation of pricing mindset, data, tools, processes, and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with best practices. Provide training and support to colleagues, especially offering and sales development managers. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pricing mindset, processes, practices, data, and tools. Lead and mentor frontline pricing experts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities, conducting regular reviews, and providing feedback to ensure continuous development. Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that align with the business lines’ overall transformation goals and customer lifecycle. Work closely with business lines to ensure alignment and support for pricing initiatives, engaging with stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and build consensus. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze pricing data, generate actionable insights, and prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Performance metrics: Achievement of pricing objectives and milestones. Improvement in customer profitability. Successful implementation of pricing development initiatives, including tools, processes, and governance. Systematic tracking and analysis of pricing intelligence. Key Requirements: Strong leadership, influencing, and change management skills. Extensive experience in pricing analytics, and pricing strategies and tools. Understanding of negotiation and psychology of selling. Proven experience with stakeholder management and strong communication skills on different organisational levels.
