Unox S.P.A., market leader in high-end oven production and recognized as a Great Place to Work in Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for an Exhibition Assistant to join our Unox Marketing Team. The Exhibitions team is responsible for the planning and execution of our exhibitions and trade shows. This role is essential to ensuring smooth event operations, managing logistics, and coordinating with various internal teams to deliver high-quality exhibitions that reinforce our brand presence.
Key responsibilities
* Collaborate with the UNOX Sales team to gather and share the exhibitions marketing plan.
* Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Design, to align exhibition goals with overall company objectives.
* Define the scope of each event, including timeline, location, program, costs, and space requirements.
* Collaborate with the Exhibitions Design team to maintain UNOX’s high exhibition standards both in Italy and abroad.
* Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of operational procedures to support on-time delivery for each trade show in Europe, working closely with the Shipping Department and the Exhibitions Warehouse.
* Plan and coordinate local services to ensure the successful execution of each exhibition.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Languages
* Excellent knowledge of English, French, and Spanish (French and Spanish are mandatory)
* Strong organizational and project management skills are preferred
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
