Role:
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Installations, migrations and rollouts
* User administration via Active Directory
* User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
* You are exciting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach
Location: Spinetta Marengo (Alessandria) - fully onsite
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to turn it into permanent)
Requirements:
* Previous experience in 2nd Level IT Support
* Familiar with ticketing systems
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Good English and fluent Italian
