Key Responsibilities
* Implement the Global Recruitment Strategy for crew sourcing in the sector, including digital sourcing strategy under the support of Global Recruitment Standards Manager.
* Ensure sectoral recruitment activities are performed in adherence to Global Recruitment Policy and Processes, including utilization of defined recruitment tools and technologies.
* Manage and develop offshore recruitment team globally, including setting recruitment targets in conjunction with key stakeholders in offshore sector across the business.
* Conduct regular one-to-one and team meetings with the recruitment team members to share messages from Senior Management.
* Distribute the workload by assigning Recruitment Requests to the sectoral recruitment team members to maximize efficiency of operations.
* Ensure records in recruitment systems and databases are correct and up-to-date.
* Deliver refresher and upgradation training to upskill recruitment resources at frequent intervals.
