Descrizione
* Support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and HR project management
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: job description drafting, CV screening, and interviews
* Coordinate onboarding processes and new hire integration
* Organize and manage internal and external training initiatives
* Administer employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with payroll consultants: check payslips, manage absences, leave, etc.
* Maintain relationships with employment agencies and external consultants
* Interpret and apply the applicable CCNL and labor legislation
* Monitor HR data and performance KPIs, create reports and PowerPoint presentations for management
Profilo del Candidato
A Successful HR Specialist (no People Management) Should Have
* Degree in Economics, Law, or Humanities
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within structured or multinational companies
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Master's Degree in Human Resources (a plus)
