ALTEN Italy, a leading force in the IT, Engineering and Life Sciences industries, is on the lookout for a driven Project Manager to join our team in Monza for a new and exciting project.

What are we looking for?
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic capital projects, including new facility installations, revamping, production expansions, and equipment upgrades. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, QA, EHS, and manufacturing, while coordinating external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning, monitoring, and controlling CapEx projects (budget, schedule, resources, quality)
* Full project lifecycle management: URS, RFQ, design, installation, commissioning & qualification (C&Q), validation
* Coordination of suppliers and contractors, including contract negotiation and on-site supervision
* Oversight of all activities in GMP-compliant environments
* Preparation and updating of technical and project documentation
* Cross-functional collaboration to ensure technical and regulatory alignment
* Risk assessment and issue resolution throughout project execution
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields)
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry
* Proven track record of managing CapEx projects, preferably in GMP environments
* Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and results orientation
