YOUR MISSION:
1. Proactively collaborate with the larger commercial team, Customer Service, Finance, Retailer commercial and Asset to ensure the highest Customer Experience whilst delivering profitable and sustainable growth.
2. Enhance customer value through expanded collaboration by fostering deeper partnerships, understanding evolving needs, co-creating innovative solutions, and delivering services that exceed customer expectations.
3. Contribute to business planning (IBP) collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategic objectives, analysing market trends and performance data, and aligning initiatives with overall business goals to drive growth and profitability.
4. Create and bring to market the commercial and new business strategy by supporting Customer Segmentation and delivering top value to existing customers.
5. Drive new business acquisition efforts, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand CHEP business.
6. Develop and implement collaborative strategic plans with customers, focusing on growth opportunities, cost reduction strategies, sustainability initiatives, and simplifying business processes to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve mutual success.
7. Drive and oversee the opportunity pipeline to support growth and retention of existing customers, collaborating with the entire commercial team, and championing Salesforce adoption across teams.
8. Support the team in negotiations with customers to cultivate robust, mutually beneficial relationships and optimize asset productivity to drive value for all parties involved.
9. Boost employee engagement and wellbeing implementing initiatives that foster a positive work environment, encourage open communication and support professional development.
10. Role-model and promote a culture of agility, transparency, respect and inclusion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. Strong analytical skills.
2. 5 years’ experience in customer-facing, people management roles.
3. Proficient use of MS Office.
4. Experience in Supply Chain Mapping.
5. Excellent commercial negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong networking, relationship building and inter-personal skills.
7. Energetic leader, team leader and player, strategic thinker.
8. Proficiency in English.
