Reporting to the Country General Manager, this role ensures that POP MART’s global brand vision is effectively adapted to the local market, integrating PR, product marketing, digital campaigns, and brand partnerships.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement localized marketing strategies in line with POP MART’s global brand vision, ensuring alignment across PR, commercial marketing, and product marketing.Strengthen POP MART’s brand presence in Italy, enhancing customer loyalty and engagement through targeted campaigns and market activationsEstablish and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners, leading PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and media coverageOversee social media channels, ensuring high levels of engagement and brand awareness through digital content, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiativesLead product launch strategies, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with local market preferences and consumer demandManage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and brand impactMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, adapting marketing strategies accordinglyEstablish KPIs for marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign effectiveness and providing data-driven recommendations for optimizationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in retail, lifestyle brands, FMCG, or consumer industriesStrong expertise in brand management, PR, digital marketing, and promotional campaign executionExperience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and community engagementProven ability to develop and execute localized marketing campaigns that align with global brand strategiesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsFluent in Italian and proficiency in EnglishCandidate with more experience could be considered as Marketing ManagerDesirable but Not EssentialAbility in reading and/or speaking ChineseFamiliarity with Italy and European retail landscapesUnderstanding of designer toy and collectible trends, particularly in the art toy market
