Description:
The International Rekeep Group, with 80 years of experience, 28,000 employees, and over €1 billion in revenue, is Italy's main operator in Facility Management, which involves the management and provision of integrated services.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance services at assigned structures and facilities, while respecting contractual specifications and bid documents.
This role serves as a support and assistance figure, dedicated to the referring Manager, their team, and the operational unit. The position falls within the Operations Department and reports directly to the Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and ensure uniform procedures for managing, providing, and controlling activities assigned by contracts;
* Analyze contract documents;
* Review commission reports;
* Support the Contract Manager regarding critical issues, improvement actions, and proposals on service delivery processes;
* Manage corporate systems such as heat management, RDA preparation, daily entries, cost management under the Contract Manager's guidance, requesting quotes from suppliers, etc.
* Verify and manage contractual and regulatory obligations specified;
* Draft accounting according to contractual expenses, interacting with service providers and technical office representatives for various related activities (site visits, measurements, verification, and reporting).
Requirements:
* Tech-nical background, preferably a degree or diploma in technical fields (Geometra, Perito, or similar);
* Familiarity with accounting systems (Primus);
* Proficiency in electronic sheets (Excel);
* Awareness of regional price lists and DEI;
* Excellent knowledge of primary software applications (Word, PowerPoint);
* Availability for business trips outside the assigned location.
Contract Manager: The International Rekeep Group offers the opportunity to hire a Contract Manager within its organization. The chosen resource will be responsible for managing contracts through coordinating a structure under their supervision.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
* Manage the provision of maintenance and energy services in accordance with contractual conditions;
* Evaluate, coordinate, and manage invoicing flows up to the issuance of invoices related to services provided under managed contracts;
* Evaluate and respect budget margins for assigned contracts in terms of cost control and profitability;
* Evaluate and respect timeframes for closing accounts, monthly, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets;
* Develop the client portfolio entrusted, identifying expressed needs and proposing technical solutions;
* Evaluate customer satisfaction by developing and consolidating relationships and meeting quality requirements for services delivered;
* Evaluate preliminary activities prior to start-up, particularly regarding analysis of contractual and techno-economic documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent experience (at least 5 years) with analogous functions;
* Ability to interact with Clients and Suppliers;
* Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package, especially Word and Excel.
