We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Recruiterto join our client’s teamonsite in the Galleria area.This role will focus on sourcing and hiringtop-tier technology professionalsacrossapplication development, machine learning, AI, infrastructure, networking, and more.
What You’ll Do:
* Partner with domestic and global hiring managers tounderstand technical hiring needsand define job requirements.
* Source, screen, andassess top technical talentin areas such asPython development, coding, AI, ML, networking, and infrastructure.
* Conductthorough technical screeningsto evaluate candidates’ skill sets, experience, and cultural fit.
* Utilizecreative sourcing strategies(LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) to engage passive candidates.
* Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring aseamless candidate experience.
* Build and maintain a strongpipeline of technical talentfor future hiring needs.
What You Need to Succeed:
* 4-7 years of technical recruiting experience, filling roles in software development, AI, machine learning, networking, and infrastructure.
* Deep understanding oftechnical concepts, programming languages, and industry trendsto properly evaluate candidates.
* Strong experience withtechnical sourcing, vetting, and talent acquisition strategies.
* Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-volumerecruitment environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
