RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Quality Engineer to join its office in Torino within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.
Mission
In this role as a Quality & Process Engineer at RINA Consulting S.p.A., your mission will involve working directly under customer control to support industrial engineering activities. You will focus on manufacturing process standardization, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize industrialization processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and contribute to technical documentation and performance monitoring.
Key Accountabilities
* Process Optimization – Improve manufacturing processes by implementing best practices and efficiency enhancements.
* Regulatory Compliance – Ensure alignment with quality management systems (EN 9100, ISO 9001, AQAP-2110) and internal standards.
* Technical Documentation – Develop, update, and manage regulatory documents, process maps, and operational guidelines.
* KPI Monitoring & Reporting – Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
* Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with production, planning, quality, and engineering teams to align process improvements.
* Audit & Process Governance – Support audit planning, execution, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
* Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement – Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and drive improvement initiatives.
* Stakeholder Communication – Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives.
Education
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
Qualifications
* Experience – 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment with a process-driven approach.
* Quality & Regulatory Knowledge – Familiarity with quality management systems (EN 9100, ISO 9001, AQAP-2110) and industrial regulations.
* Technical Documentation Skills – Ability to structure and manage process-related documentation and reports.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.
* Teamwork & Collaboration – Experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
* Technical Tools Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and document management tools (e.g., SIDDARTA, CMS).
* Language & Flexibility – Good English proficiency and availability for national and international travel.
