The selected candidate will join t he Human Resources Departm ent, specifically t he HR Compensation and Cost Control T eam. The role will have a strategic focus on managing and optimizing compensation proces ses, playing a key part in driving and supporting the definition of competitive and effective policies that ensure internal consistency and alignment with market best practic
es.

ties
HR Compensa
tion:
Design, implement, and monitor compensation policies (salaries, bonuses, short- and long-term incenti
ves).Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure the company's competitiveness in the ma
rket.Support the salary review process and the annual bonus definition, collaborating with leaders across various funct
ions.Conduct benchmarking and prepare adjustment proposals to align with market stand
ards.
HR Cost Co
ntrol:
Monitor personnel budgets and costs related to compensation and incentive po
licies.Provide regular analysis and reporting on workforce costs and
trends.Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure alignment with organizational cost t
argets.
Projects and Continuous Impr
ovement:
Participate in global and local projects related to compensation and cost
control.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and propose innovative s
olutions.Support organizational change through sustainable and effective compensation
policies.Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping systems and p
rocesses.
Req
uirements:
Degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, Lab or Sciences, or rela
ted fields.5-7 years of experience in compensation and cost control roles within multinational en
vironments.Strong knowledge of compensation analysis methodologies (e.G., WTW, Mercer,
Hay Group).Proven experience in managing compensation projects (salary reviews, bonuses, gradin
g systems).Excellent analytical skills and advanced prof icien cy in Excel;
familiarity with HRIS systems (e.G., Workday, SAP Succe
ssFactors). Fluency in English (written a
nd spoken).Ability to work effectively in teams, strong decision-making autonomy, and excellent communicat
ion skills.Proactivity and results-orient
ed mindset.
