Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Establish and maintain adequate commercial relationships with customers.
2. Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
3. Perform the function of supervisor during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary
4. Carry out the activity of coordinator during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary
5. Maintenance and care of supplied tools, test equipment and ensuring that they are properly calibrated.
6. Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as parts, new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
Your Profile / Qualifications
7. Secondary School Technical Diploma (Mechatronic specialization is preferable)
8. Willingness to travel to Italy ( abroad for 200 days / year from Monday to Friday) for the most part in Italy but also some travel abroad.
9. Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well (once a month variably)
10. Very good written and spoken English (B2 min)
11. Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of GEA product portfolio and served processes/ applications is a plus
