Their deep understanding, insights, expertise, and passion help our clients navigate an increasingly complex world – be it in our Corporate Bank, our Private Bank, our Investment Bank or our Asset Management division.The Credit Risk Management Corporate Bank Investment Bank unit (within Chief Risk Officer department) is seeking a Credit Analyst, who will be responsible for Credit analysis and monitoring of a portfolio of Italian MidCaps Corporates and supporting local approval process of Large Corporates and FIs.ResponsibilitiesPerform good quality credit analysis, analysis of financial and economic performance, identification of risk drivers and evaluation of downcase scenarios.Monitor and report of credit exposures, identify early warning signals.Support senior credit officers in managing credit request analyzing risk/reward profile of the transaction proposed and in providing efficient, correct and accurate and timely response to business request.Prepare reports and documentation for Senior Management Committees, for Internal Audits/ Regulators.SkillsDegree in business/finance (or a similar field of study).Knowledge of credit products, credit documentation and credit approval process.Attitude to credit related regulatory requirements.Understanding of potential risks (reputational, compliance, legal issues) related to credit approval process.Self-motivated, structured approach and a strong attention to details paired with synthesis ability.Proven ability to multi-task different projects and prioritize.Ability to build cross-divisional as well as cross-regional relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Italian).Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including strong Excel skills.Well-being BenefitsA healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce are better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace.
