Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will oversee all operational and financial management activities related to the assigned properties. They will manage budgets effectively, ensure timely responses to maintenance requests, and supervise property staff to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee external vendors to address property-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:
