EXPORT SALES MANAGER JUNIOR
Synergie Italia, a Bergamo-based subsidiary, selects for a leading client company in the design and production of devices for rehabilitation and sports medicine:
The selected resource, inserted in the foreign commercial area, will play a key role in managing and developing international business.
It will be responsible for developing relationships with existing foreign distributors, identifying at the same time new strategic markets and potential partners.
They will define commercial plans, analyzing the competition and conducting targeted market research.
Finally, they will participate in events, conferences, and trade fairs in the sector to consolidate the brand's presence and create new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate has gained previous experience in the role of 2-5 years, preferably in companies operating in a similar context.
Excellent knowledge of English and German languages, spoken and written, is required. Knowledge of a third language is appreciated.
Frequent availability to perform overseas trips is necessary.
Strong communication skills, relational abilities, and result-oriented attitude complete the profile.
An employment contract directly with the company on an indefinite term is offered, with a retributive classification to be evaluated based on the real experience acquired.
Working hours: full-time from Monday to Friday.
