Explore current career openings at SVP Worldwide locations around the world, right here and now.ABOUT THE POSITION:EU Logistics Team manages the 3PL activities and cooperate cross functional with other functions as Sales, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Quality and Finance supporting sales products initiatives, process improvement, cost saving according to SVP’ Strategic Principles.Reporting to Supply Chain-Logistics Europe Director, the Logistics Specialist has the mission to support the rest of the Logistics Team on the entire Outbound process, order management activities, distribution process and reverse logistics. Additional some tasks related to Export invoice creations, Transfer orders management and Purchase orders management related to EU Supplier could be added to improve and balance the workload within the team members.This role cooperates with Logistics Outbound Specialist and Logistics Import/Export Specialist on the outbound/inbound processes to share information useful on daily tasksSpecifically, this role will be responsible for: Following the entire distribution process and daily contact with 3PL, located in Poland and Spain, to check the order preparation and transportation activities; monitoring sales orders to prevent risk of missing revenue Daily transportation & outbound reporting overview to monitor the service level of 3PL (order preparation, delivery time, accuracy, POD) and constant communication with subsidiaries/Customer Service to make them aware about their order status. Overview the booking and tracking of all outbound shipments, ensuring all orders are delivered safely and timely. Handling Claims and root cause analysis with 3PL. Managing problem solving with internal customers and the 3PL Managing return shipments (reverse logistics)Invoice creation for Export procedureManaging transfer orders between 3PL plants, Work Orders and Kitting according to Demand Planning instructionsManaging the purchase order to EU Suppliers according to instructions received from Demand Planning TeamThe duties and responsibilities outlined in this position may be added to or changed depending on business requirement.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years’ experience in international logistics.Experienced Import- Export procedure non-EU countries.Knowledge in order preparation process, pick-pack, goods customization and domestic and international transportationWell-fitting in team working environment and cooperative approach.Excellent communication, problem solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize activities.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Excellent knowledge of MS_Excel ERP: AS400 experience is a plus.English level: B2-Upper Intermediate. All the communications and the meetings are performed in English language.Spanish or German language knowledge are a plus.WORK ENVIRONMENT: Works in a typical office environment and in a mobile office.
