manage agendas for meetings with head hunters and candidates
maintaining up-to-date candidate interview files and recruitment reports
maintaining contacts with temporary employment agencies
contributing to the digitization of the paper archive
updating company positions and role profiles on new format/template
updating Corporate Org Charts
monthly data entry on HR management system
collection and archiving of evaluationsBackground Skills:Bachelor / Master’s students in Human resources, Law and /or Economics
Excellent self-organization and prioritization skills
Accuracy
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel (and programming languages, MS Office)
Problem-solving mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
