TXT Arcan, in order to expand and strengthen the team at its Cologno Monzese office, is seeking a candidate for the role of AI and Machine Learning Engineer with at least three years of experience, to develop machine and deep learning models.
Specifically, the candidate will be required to design and develop machine and deep learning models that work on data derived from software development tools and processes.
The ideal candidate has a deep technical experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record in developing scalable AI solutions.
The role will encompass all phases, from data analysis to modeling, from integration to implementation, ensuring that our AI initiatives substantially impact on the business.
Main Responsibilities:
Design, development and testing of machine and deep learning models;
Collaborate with the software development team to integrate AI solutions into existing products;
Production of solution documentation;
Adherence to development guidelines and on-time deadlines.
Mandatory Skills Required:
Ability to design, develop, and train machine learning models (both neural networks and non-neural models);
Ability to work with large amounts of data (tens/hundreds of GB);
Ability to model and understand data in both graph format (primary requirement) and relational format (secondary requirement);
Ability to explore, visualize, and analyze data using statistical methods;
Knowledge or willingness to learn the design, training, and/or fine-tuning of LLMs;
Knowledge and use of MLOps methodologies;
Technologies: Python, machine learning libraries (sklearn, torch, etc.), Cypher, PostgreSQL, OrientDB, Neo4j, basics of Docker, and working on remote Linux machines.
Optional Skills:
Familiarity with Git's internal workings;
Familiarity with Linux environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
In addition, a good knowledge of English, along with strong autonomy and proactivity, will complement the ideal profile.
