Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' analytical equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct instrument repairs, upgrades, installation, and preventative maintenance at customer sites. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer specific product support on GIRMS-IOMS Instruments (80%).
* Perform Field Service-related duties in line with internal rules, customer regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
* Deliver the highest professional relationship with our customer base.
* Provide on-site training relative to system service, maintenance, and basic operation.
* Diagnose problems over the phone and/or using remote software.
