We are seeking a highly organized and communicative administrative assistant to join our team.
The main responsibilities of this role will be:
* Gestione delle attività di front office (front office activities)
* Risposta al centralino (answering phone calls)
* Risposta delle varie comunicazioni via mail (responding to various emails)
Requisiti: We require strong organizzative e di gestione del tempo skills (time management and organization skills), as well as excellent comunicazione e di relazione con il pubblico skills (communication and interpersonal skills). Proficiency in the use of principali strumenti informatici e di gestione dati (main computer systems and data management tools) is also essential.
