She/He will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement to create maximum exposure; seeking a professional with a product-oriented mindset who can effectively communicate SEITRON's value proposition to the business.
The individual will work in symbiosis with the Sales team and Trade Marketing, closely with the R&D team and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and market penetration.
2. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation within the B2B sector, ensuring consistency across the full funnel approach (digital, email, content, events & shows, customer visits).
3. Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
4. Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials, including product brochures, case studies, white papers, website content and the process of crafting engaging posts, videos, graphics on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, that effectively communicate product value and benefits.
5. Performance Measurement: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing efforts.
6. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing activities.
7. Material Management: Inbound and outbound management of the promotional materials (i.e. leaflet, brochure, gadgets, rolls-ups, etc…)
8. In collaboration with R&D and Trade Marketing, she/he is responsible for studying and describing the life cycle of a product in its target market, from concept, production to sales, particularly to define the look of the products, the choice of packaging, the images and videos to promote the novelties.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
2. 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B marketing and product-oriented strategies;
3. Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth;
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams;
6. Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools to drive decision-making;
7. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through marketing.
