Job Description
Siemens Energy Transformers in Trento, Italy, is seeking a Junior Factory Project Manager to lead medium power transformer orders. This role serves as the primary contact for both international customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution.
The Factory Project Manager will be responsible for order execution, partner management, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze technical and contractual order information, handling clarifications internally and externally throughout the order lifecycle.
* Monitor and actively manage project execution, ensuring timely completion of technical and quality documentation, material procurement, production, testing, shipping, and commissioning, up to the end of the warranty period.
* Conduct risk analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.
* Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams.
* Organize customer meetings and factory visits, including kick-off meetings, design reviews, inspections, factory acceptance tests, shipment coordination, and commissioning .
* Oversee project costs, timelines, and scope, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and business objectives .
Candidate Profile & Requirements
* Degree or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Management Engineering .
* 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in a factory or production environment would be a plus
* Fluent in English and Italian (knowledge of German is a plus).
* Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and complex environments.
* Strong collaboration and time management skills.
* Availability to travel regularly for national and international business trips.
