We are looking for an experienced Shopify Operations Manager to assist the E-commerce Director in building, operating, and optimizing TP-Link Italy’s Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have strong Shopify operational experience and be capable of developing and executing growth strategies to enhance brand presence and sales performance in the Italian market. Key Responsibilities: In charge of the setup, optimization, and daily management of the Shopify store, collaborating with the design team to create and continuously improve product pages. Plan and execute Shopify operational strategies, monitor and analyze store performance data, and independently manage or coordinate with third-party agencies for SEO optimization and Google Ads to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Handle pre-sale inquiries and after-sales support, continuously optimizing service quality to improve customer satisfaction. Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost customer conversion, retention, and repeat purchases. Research industry trends and competitor strategies in the Shopify ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, design, etc.) to ensure smooth store operations. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Shopify operations, with hands-on expertise in store setup and management. Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including Shopify Apps and theme customization. Experience with SEO, Google Ads for e-commerce marketing. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Similarweb, Shopify Reports) to drive data-based decision-making. Strong marketing mindset, capable of planning promotional activities and optimizing user experience. Fluent in English or Italian for effective collaboration.
