What you’ll achieve
As a After Sales Lead you will be part responsible for the implementation and management of business processes and the associated software to support the effective management of Global Dedalus Customer After Sales support.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
1. Process Manager for After Sales. Responsible for developing, managing and implementing the supporting After Sales processes.
2. After Sales interface into the OneERP Transformation program to provide subject matter expertise.
3. Business Case Development for gauging initiatives and projects impacting After Sales.
4. Leads initiatives to drive After Sales efficiencies and operational objectives.
5. Supports ServiceNow deployments/migrations as the subject matter expert including knowledge transfer, testing, data and requirements gathering, etc.
6. Participates in the ServiceNow Release Planning activities.
7. Creates the After Sales KPI and Service Excellence Dashboard reporting and maintaining the monthly reporting cadence.
