Overview
The role of Client Account Director, part of ERM's Client and Industries team, involves driving the market-focused global strategy for ERM.
As a client-facing leadership position, it requires strong consulting, strategic account management, and business development skills to drive sustained long-term, profitable growth of ERM's business with key clients.
The ideal candidate will have a progressive career in a consulting environment and a demonstrable track record in strategic account management in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing trusted advisor relationships with key client business executives and stakeholders;
* Driving double-digit growth and diversification in service level offerings;
* Leading multimillion-dollar accounts and fostering collaboration across service lines to align with client priorities;
* Establishing ERM as a trusted advisor through senior delivery support and deep understanding of the client journey;

About the Team
As a member of the Client and Industries team, you will be working closely with experts from over 150 offices in 40 countries and territories to help clients operationalize sustainability at pace and scale.
Key qualifications include:
