Your opportunity
Reporting to the HR Operations & Italy Welfare Manager, youwill be supporting in managing the HR Administration and Operation services provided to the brands. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and Payroll teams, this role requires a real passion for service excellence, with a natural ability to build connections with stakeholder’s by providing sound advice and support.
How you will contribute
1. Manage letters production related to employee’s hiring and life cycle (promotions, change in contractual terms, transfers, benefits assignment, organizational changes, salary increase etc.)
2. Handle pre-hire contacts with candidates to retrieve mandatory documents
3. Ensure new joiners’ onboarding is consistent with the Group Guidelines and the HR Policies
4. Insert data input and datavalidation in Workday, providing regular audits to make sure data accuracy and consistency are properly met
5. Support employeesand HR on administrative related topics
6. Provide ad hoc reports and elaborateHR KPIs
Who you are
7. You have a university degree
8. You haveLabor Law knowledge and at least formerexperience in HR administration
9. You are precise and highly organized, with proven relational skills
10. Fluent English speaker
11. Proficient user of Office Suite
