Job Title: Site Senior HR Business Partner
Location: Pisa
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE:
Serve as the Human Resources Partner (HRP) for the designated manufacturing site, offering guidance and assistance to functional managers and employees as required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Develop, oversee, and implement a localized HR strategy aligned with business objectives and local requirements.
2. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TAC) to ensure recruitment processes adhere to HR guidelines.
3. Coordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews in compliance with company policies.
4. Direct local learning initiatives in accordance with the HR strategy and Talent Development Programs specific to the site.
5. Provide recommendations to management based on issue analysis and assist people managers in finding optimal solutions for employees.
6. Ensure the integrity of data in Workday, the HR management system.
7. Monitor and enhance monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
9. Collaborate with third-party vendors on-site for effective management of contingent workers.
10. Intervene in employee relations matters as required.
11. Engage with the Personnel Administration Group (PAG) in cases involving legal issues or the need for legal advice regarding labor law and employee relations.
12. Partner with Employee Experience/Engagement Partners to execute the Local Employee Experience Strategy (EES) action plan.
13. Manage and support workforce planning initiatives.
14. Work with People Solutions to ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data changes.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management.
2. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic international setting, specifically focusing on Manufacturing Operations.
3. Thorough understanding and application of labor laws at the national contract level.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, with a strong emphasis on fostering diversity and inclusion.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with a proven ability to manage conflicts effectively.
6. Display of empathy and high emotional intelligence in professional interactions.
7. Proficiency in problem-solving techniques to address complex HR challenges.
8. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
9. Strong organizational and planning abilities to streamline HR processes.
10. Capacity for analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
11. Familiarity with HR software, with an added advantage of experience with Workday.
12. Advanced proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite for business operations.
