The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing WAREHOUSING projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. She/he will collaborate with various business functions, including Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Quality & Compliance, to coordinate activities necessary to achieve project objectives.
She/he will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Define objectives, deliverables, activities, and workflows within the assigned project scope
* Develop a project plan, identifying the necessary resources for execution
* Manage the project in terms of costs, quality, and timelines in alignment with Yusen Management
* Apply problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles, promptly escalating issues that may impact delivery
* Conduct a rigorous risk assessment, monitoring and controlling throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure full project life cycle management, from initiation to deployment, implementation, and support phase
* Prepare reports on project outcomes and success criteria
* Conduct post-project reviews and improvement plans
* Work collaboratively and analytically in a team environment, demonstrating innovation and excellence
* Provide status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
* Communicate effectively with other teams.
Communication & Compliance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and, where applicable, suppliers
* Plan and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and other relevant discussions, preparing presentations and materials as needed
* Ensure regular updates are provided to key stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, both personally and across the project team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
