Job Responsibilities
* Oversee the maintenance and operation of technical equipment and systems. Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
* Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and equipment malfunctions. Perform repairs and coordinate with external technicians or contractors when necessary.
* Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for clubhouse events, meetings, and presentations.
* Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
* Ensure that HVAC systems and environmental controls are functioning correctly to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
* Manage inventory of technical supplies, replacement parts, and tools. Keep an organized inventory and order necessary supplies when low.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on technical equipment.
* Keep records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history. Provide regular reports and updates to clubhouse management on technical equipment status.
* Coordinate with external vendors, technicians, and contractors for technical system repairs, upgrades, and installations.
Job Requirements
* Minimum High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education or certifications are preferred).
* Proven experience in technical equipment maintenance or a related field.
* Knowledge of audiovisual systems, lighting, sound systems, security systems, and HVAC controls.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with clubhouse staff and external contractors.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
