For its Infrastructure Division, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Electrical Site Manager The selected candidate will report hierarchically to the Department Head and functionally to the Project Manager assigned to the site. They will be responsible for coordinating the activities of on-site operators and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Organize and oversee the activities of assemblers and subcontractors. Maintain constant communication with the Project Manager regarding site progress. Implement and enforce work and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with the established work schedule. Conduct regular intermediate inspections and prepare the necessary documentation. Report on and track in-progress changes compared to the base contract for the issuance of “as-built” drawings. Promptly notify the Project Manager of any defects or anomalies. Manage on-site materials, ensuring delivery accuracy and compliance. Regularly update site plans and maintain the site diary. Required Qualifications: Diploma in technical disciplines or extensive proven experience in the role. In-depth knowledge of the systems sector, preferably in the field of infrastructure. Strong organizational skills. Expertise in safety and environmental matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. At least 5 years of experience in the role.
