Main duties & responsibilities:
* Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.
* Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions.
* Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service.
* Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.
* Monitors portion and waste control
* Coordinate and monitor all Demi and Commis de partie assigned to him/her
Requirements
* Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques
* Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
* At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

* Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
* Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
* Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
* Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background
