We are currently seeking a RTW Planning Manager to join our dynamic Operations team based in Trissino (VI). How you will contribute The activities you will be responsible for include: Managing pre-orders for commercialized products (Knitwear; Denim; Leather) by sharing the collection with the Product Team, actively participating in Pre-order meetings, and following up with producers; Preparing and presenting production criticalities for long_sku by collecting and analyzing feedback from the following teams: Material Research; Purchasing; Industrialization; and Production; Preparing and updating timelines for assigned activities across teams: Technical; Modeling; Industrialization by managing model priorities in PLM; Defining Production Plans in accordance with: (a) commercial launch priorities; (b) material arrival plans shared by the Purchasing Team; (c) available production capacity; (d) set cost targets; Updating and presenting corporate reporting for monitoring Production Launches; Preparing Production Budgets in coordination with Management Control; Managing Order Launch activities for Press Items by monitoring and coordinating a dedicated junior resource. Who you are You are a resource with at least 7 years of work experience in structured companies in the Clothing – Luxury – Fashion sector; Good knowledge of IT systems, particularly PLM (Centric) / Stealth 3000 / Sedapta; Good knowledge of the English language; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Teamwork orientation; High flexibility and dynamism; Willingness to travel frequently in Italy, particularly to HQ in Milan.
