Provide strategic direction and leadership for Snap-on Equipment in IT Operations and play a key role in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, managing IT resources budgets, and ensuring data security, compliance, and operational efficiency through innovative technology.
Manage the job and follow the business plan, budget, policies, and authorization instructions.
Responsible for IT operations within the autonomous Car-O-Liner domain, including Microsoft, Active Directory, Exchange, ERP, and other Business Applications.
Lead, plan, develop, and implement an Information Technology strategy that meets the company's needs, provides the best return on investment, and maintains the highest level of security.
Ensure that IT provides adequate support for the company within IT and Business.
Drive innovation and collaborate with executive team members and IT Service Providers to identify ways IT can help the company achieve its business and financial objectives.
Leads the group's efficient operation and digital transformation to ensure that Information Technology and application modernization, hardening, and upgrades are planned and completed on time to improve control, security, and quality in information systems and technology.
Work with Enterprise IT Governance, which includes IT Governance, IT Operations, Information Security, IT Risk Management, and Compliance.
To meet business requirements for IT and Business Applications (GDPR, SOX, Multiple privacy laws, NIS 2, ITIL, TISAX, ISO 270XX).
Comply with the company’s quality and environmental policy and work according to the company’s rules and regulations regarding health and safety.

Requirements
1. At least ten years of experience in information system and technology administration, with increasing levels of responsibility throughout and an interest in continuous growth within the IT area.
2. Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
