On a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Tuscany you will find elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin star dining, and a variety of healthy experiences.Mai ResponsabilitiesFollow all the guest needs until they are completed to the total guest satisfaction;In charge to breakfast, lunch, aperitif and dinner inside Villas. Transport and deliver food and beverage, set up the Villas lounge for meal in according to company standard.Host and welcome all guests in a gracious and polite manner; to have the ability to hold a conversation with the guest in a natural and spontaneous manner;Coordinate with the front desk for speed check-in & check-out as per guest request; offer Villa orientation to the arrival guests, take care of the guest's laundry, arrange amenities for arrivals;Be the main contact for guests during their stay and assist their with requeries, restaurants and experiences reservations;Prepar and keep the outdoor terrace and poolside tidyComply with all safety and hygiene policies.Requirements: At least 2 year experience in the same role in the hospitality industryKnowledge of services restaurantsCommitment to a high level of customer serviceAbility to handle multiple tasks at the same time, prioritizing with utmost care for the guest experienceExcellent organizational skillsGood communicative and social skillsStrict attention to detailAbility to be a clear thinker and remain calm under pressureExcellent knowledge of EnglishRespect for nature and for values that the earth representMust have a valid driving license and own a carBenefits: shared accomodation and mealsPlease send your CV and your consent on the processing of personal data, in accordance to GDPR and art. 13 of the Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, no. 196 of the Personal Data Protection Code
