This role enhances and elevates the employee and customer experience through best-in-class operational optimization and implementation for the retail business.Essential Duties ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities:Drive new ways of working and process improvement initiativesSupport with all operational needs and technology upgradesOversee regional inventory management and optimizationOptimize store operational standards and working proceduresManage delivery operations and logistics support across the regionDrive Boss fulfilment and SLA for the regionOversee store openings within the region and provide operational support and set upManage cash management adherence processes and controlsDrive RFID initiatives for Regional and Channel OperationsOperational Excellence:Manage inventory flow to minimize shrink lossOptimize replenishment systems for price and size integrityCoordinate regular inventory counting activitiesOversee product movement between back-of-house and sales areasEstablish and monitor key performance metricsImplement best-in-class operational standardsLeadership Collaboration:Act as primary operational contact for store (Operations) ManagersConnect with cross-functional partners to drive retail enhancementsProvide guidance and support to store sales (support) teamsLead small project teams and initiativesBuild consensus across teams and stakeholdersExperience, Skills, and KnowledgeRequired Qualifications:In-depth understanding of retail operations and related disciplinesKnowledge of best practices and competitive landscapeProject management experienceStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesWorking Conditions:Frequent regional and occasional EMEA business travel requiredWorks independently with minimal guidanceOperates within broad guidelines and policiesReports into the Head of Italy, with dual report into Retail Operations Senior Manager EMEAWorks closely with Retail Operations EMEA team
