* Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology) or chemical laboratory technician
* A previous experience in the laboratory (food industry will be a plus)
* Fluent in Italian and English
A Day in the life of a Chemistry Laboratory Analyst
* Chemical and physical analysis of food products, water, raw materials (from sample preparation to reading and interpretation of results);
* Preparation of solutions and management of laboratory materials;
* Use of benchtop equipment (pH-meter, fluorometer, titrations, NIR, and others);
* Sampling of raw materials and process intermediates;
* Perform biochemical methods (ELISA);
* Management of the Internal Control Plan (ICP), monitoring of laboratory instruments, documentation management;
* Verification and validation of chemical methods;
* Application of Good Laboratory Practices.
What will make you successful
* Good knowledge of general and food Chemistry;
* Strong orientation towards achieving results through critical analysis of data;
* Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
* Proactivity, curiosity, and teamwork skills.
