CRM stays for Customer Relationship Management and is a widely used software to manage the journey and the interactions with customers and potential customers. The tool is used for Sales, Marketing and Customer Care management. By joining our CRM team, you will learn to master this software and the purposes it's used for in the company strategies. This is the experience for you if you are very precise and accurate and enjoy to collaborate with your teammates positively impacting to achieve the team's goals. With this experience you will also strengthen your organization skills and learn how to analyze different problems and find out solutions. How you will support the team: - New fidelity platform: support the team during analysis, development and tests for the new platform that will be implemented for the subsidiaries. Thanks to this platform we can manage loyalty cards for our customers; - Continue the activation of a new Sales module to enhance customer and quotes management (Copilot, Assistant, AI). This process involves implementing and integrating the new module into our existing systems, training staff on its features and functionalities and ensuring a smooth transition for all users; - Management and preparation of monthly report for monitoring CRM usage involving data collected from the CRM system; - Consult requests that come to the CRM team in the help desk platform, do an initial review, and identify whether they can be tasks handled by the CRM team or should be turned over to consultants. Solve the simplest requests independently; - Support the team during analysis, development and tests for a necessary revision we need to do on CRM processes (involving the different CRM modules ? master data, sales, pre-post sales,?).
