Focus of the position is on payroll administrative activities in particular:
Attendance control, closing of employee time cards, monthly processing of attendance with related document management
Data collection and personal data changes for pay slip processing, control of final processing done by the external provider
Verification of monthly post-pay statements and collaboration with administration for salary and fund payments and for cost reconciliation
Management of various administrative practices requested by employees (advances, transfers, leaves,
Processing of data relating to Human Resources, including entry, maintenance and verification of data managed via HRIS (Oracle) and other company platforms
Reporting management of HR data: calculation and management of KPIs ensuring the highest level of accuracy of the data entered (FTE, HC, personnel costs, working hours report, efficiency rates)
Support in other activities carried out by the HR team regarding training, communication and development
