As a key member of the Marketing team, the Brand Manager Support will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) communication activities.
The primary focus of the role will be to drive brand visibility through a range of initiatives, including outdoor and indoor branding, digital and trade media, internal events, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The Brand Manager Support will play a vital role in increasing brand awareness, enhancing brand relevance, and growing market share within the Italian HoReCa market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Visibility Management: Oversee the installation and maintenance of signage and other brand visibility tools at client locations.
- Permit Coordination: Secure necessary permits for signage installation at client premises by collaborating with external suppliers and technical studios.
- Advertising Tax Monitoring: Track and calculate advertising taxes related to signage to ensure compliance.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing external events such as trade fairs and customer events, and take full responsibility for organizing internal corporate events.
- Marketing Collaborations: Coordinate marketing initiatives and partnerships with non-profit organizations, including charity initiatives.
- Local Content Development: Adapt global content and develop localized materials for digital and social media platforms.
- Advertising Content Creation: Create advertising content for trade media and other promotional tools, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the aforementioned projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Global Marketing Implementation: Ensure that global marketing strategies and customer activation campaigns are effectively implemented within the Italian market, in line with established guidelines and KPIs.
Who you are:
· Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Marketing & Communication (or equivalent)
· + 2 years of previous experience in promoting consuming goods (pref. F&B)
· English fluent (C1/C2)
· Excellent communication skills
· Project Management expertise
· Ability to think creatively and innovatively
· Analytical attitude
