Key Responsibilities and Activities
Provide strategic guidance and support to the global legal function in the selection, implementation, and management of technology solutions
1. Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure that technology solutions are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to legal technology initiatives and IT due diligence findings
3. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on technology initiatives and IT findings
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization's legal technology landscape
5. Suggest the development and maintenance of IT-related policies, procedures, and documentation
6. Participate in relevant industry events and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise in legal and technology best practices
Key Relationships
Internal Relationships:
Global Legal Teams: collaborate with the two functions delivering seamless business partnership.
7. Global IT (Functional IT Teams, Technology Platforms Teams, Technology & Security Team, Global Service Delivery Team): understand requirements and constraints coming from business functions or other IT teams, align on activities with the different impacted teams, collaborate with other business partners to manage esacalations & requests during project execution phases & address together risks and issues.
8. Regional and Local IT Teams: ensure engagement and alignment on new projects.
External Relationships:
IT Vendors and Service Providers: manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of projects roadmap and dependencies in compliance with contractual obligations.
Experience & Education
Experience:
9. Proven experience working closely with legal teams to support their technology needs and requirements.
10. Experience in managing and implementing technology projects, preferably within the legal domains.
11. Familiarity with various technology platforms and tools commonly used in legal functions Legal Operations platform, in-take workflow, e-discovery, document management, contract management, board portal, enterprise legal management, etc.) such as: Agiloft, DocuSign, Malbek, ServiceNow, Mitratech, DiliTrust
12. A strong understanding of data privacy regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices relevant to legal activities.
13. Familiarity with CPG Industry Knowledge in is desirable
14. International experience: experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
15. A master's degree in a relevant field or an MBA would be an advantage.
16. Relevant professional certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, or CISA, are desirable.

27. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
28. Proven proficiency in project management software and Office suite Excel & PowerPoint
29. Knowledge of IT trends, standards, and emerging technologies
30. Experience working with legal and regulatory requirements in IT projects
